Photos show this gunners kit for the Turkish Hotchkiss guns. The cases usually have some defect, a missing snap, some tear in fabric, these were not left in garrison but semed to be out with the troops. This is a run down on what's here: there are AAA sights, both front and rear; cleaning rod, rod tip; firing pin; extractor; broken shell extractor; Hotchkiss marked spanner and a few other things you can see in the photos. The broken shell extractor seems to be for 8mm Mauser not 8mm Lebel or other caliber.
