This item is a sealed box of 40 M14 combo tools. This packaging is bulk, they are not in individual sealed wrap. Boxes are original and still sealed in original wrap. Shipping is $11.00 via flat rate box even if site quotes more. In the photo these are the two lower photos, top is single units in individual wrap, also on this page. This item will be repacked in a US Postal Flat Rate box, some room left for small items but not alot.
