This is the insert cartridge for the East German Makarov Cal..22 conversion set. The Cal..22 long rifle round is inserted in this adapter and then cycled through the gun. This is new unissued and original East German. Anything for these conversions is hard to find. The kits originally came with 10 of these in the wooden box used to store the conversion kit. The kit was called KK-Einsteckklauf fur Pist. roughly small caliber single shot barrel for Makarov Pistol.
