These are the early style screw on "shoot through" muzzle cover seals for the AK series rifles. Used during both airborne and beach assualts to keep water and other stuff out of the barrel. Fire shot blows out seal and no removal is necessary. Not a common accessory. Locks on just like a muzzle break with the spring plunger, threads onto the muzzle.
