This is the style rifle being sold currently by the company in Sacramento. This rifle has good metal with nice crisp markings, great bore and a stock that will clean up. Have done nothing to this rifle so you have abetter idea of what they look like. While not as clean as the Belgian Army ones that came in a number of years ago, they are the best that you can find today. These are the first ones purchased by Israel, the Remington "modified" ones being made in Israel uch later. These are a true Mauser style. Same weight, well almost, and allthe standard features, have the cup type butt plate but wood is not drill for firing pin disassembly. The "022" on stock is only caliber mark. Added one more photo to the second page of info on this that shows the muzzle end.
