Photo shows this factory original operating manual for the Cincinnati Shears Operations Manual. This appears to be very general and seems to cover a number of models, more specifically it covers No. 14, No. 18, No. 25 Shears. Not totally page numbered, but approximately 25 pages, also has a lube chart. Manual appears to be from the mid 1940's.
